Fighting Talk!

A simple nod or a handshake is enough to form a legal partnership. Some of the best and long lasting partnerships were based on exactly that, a hand shake.

It does have to be in writing or recorded any where and can be as successful as the partners want. Sometimes you might want to formalise the arrangement and form a Limited Company.

What if it goes wrong?

When all the talking is done, sometimes you just have to get down to a good old scrape! Now, we all know this should be avoided if at all possible but if you believe you are not getting your side of the bargain, then you just roll up your sleeves and take them on.

Of course, we are not talking about a physical fight but taking someone to Court or to put it another way, suing them. Lawyers will call it by its proper legal term -  Litigation but it's all about getting justice through the Courts.

These days, you do not necessarily have to pay up front to achieve justice. There are other ways and means of funding your claim. No win no fee arrangements are available for all types of different cases- such as partnership disputes.

So if you have fallen out with your partner then email what has happened and we will get one of experts to have a look at it.
